Abstract
This writing aims to join the tempo of the singing of the creative women of Nuevo León. Be a recognition of the pulse of those who contribute to the cultural fabric of the state from all its places. This is not a historical review. Nor have I wanted to risk highlighting names, nor privileging artistic languages, to include them all, even when some can be recognized in my words. My writing looks through the mythical figure of mermaids with the full intention of projecting, in a sky dominated by ethereal beings, an image that pulsates in its duality.
