Abstract

The Old Federal Palace will update its cultural vocations through a new project on a Citizen Cultural Laboratory (LABNL), a plan designed by the state government through the Council for Culture and the Arts of Nuevo León (CONARTE), which is made known through its president Ricardo Marcos.
