Abstract

Creative professionals face challenges that manifest in diverse ways: illustrators and artists develop carpal tunnel syndrome due to long working hours; designers spend extended periods in front of screens and suffer from eye strain; singers experience vocal cord fatigue; while dancers and actors grapple with physical pain and injuries resulting from physical exertion. Added to this is the impact on mental health: the constant stress imposed by society, deadlines, self-imposed pressure, depression, and creative blocks stemming from the pressure to excel.
